How would I know if you take my insurance?Give us your insurance information to verify at the start of the call or email. Also, check with your insurance for copays, deductibles, co-insurance, e.t.c. If we are out of network, you will have to decide on how you would prefer to pay for services.

I live in Delaware. Can I use your services?Physical Residence in Washington, DC, and Maryland are required to receive services.

How long does therapy last?The length of therapy varies depending on the individual and their needs. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others may need months or even years of therapy.
