  • How do I get started?
    Fill out the form on the Contact page, then click on the patient portal to receive an email, and request a free consultation.
  • How would I know if you take my insurance?
    Give us your insurance information to verify at the start of the call or email. Also, check with your insurance for copays, deductibles, co-insurance, e.t.c. If we are out of network, you will have to decide on how you would prefer to pay for services.
  • I live in Delaware. Can I use your services?
    Physical Residence in Washington, DC, and Maryland are required to receive services.
  • How long does therapy last?
    The length of therapy varies depending on the individual and their needs. Some people may only need a few sessions, while others may need months or even years of therapy.
  • How do I know if therapy is right for me?
    Therapy can be helpful for anyone who is experiencing emotional or mental health issues. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or any other issue that is impacting your mental health, therapy may be a good option for you
  • What should I look for in a therapist?
    When looking for a therapist, it’s important to find someone who is trained and licensed to provide therapy. You should also look for someone who has experience working with people who have similar issues to yours. It’s also important to find someone who you feel comfortable talking to and who you feel you can trust.

    Presently, DC clients will be offered Telehealth services. An office will be opening up soon.
